Lily Doman’s Bat Mitzvah

With my bat mitzvah coming up soon, I’ve been learning my parsha and what it means to become a bat mitzvah. I soon realized the importance of giving back and discovered an amazing organization called Lev LaLev which helps orphans in Israel by giving them food, clothing, shelter and a loving home.I have decided to partner with them for a Mitzvah Project creating a theatrical therapy program, where the children can write, act in, and perform their own productions as part of their healing process. Since the performing arts are such an important part of my life, I’m so grateful we were able to design a project that brings the joy of theater into theirs.I’m hoping to raise $1,800 to help support this program and I would truly appreciate you joining me in helping me reach my goal for the children of Lev LaLev.
