Dear Family and Friends,I, Jemma May have thought long and hard about what to do for my Terumah (“giving”) project but with a little help from my Moms I have found what to do. For my Terumah project, I will be raising money for a girls’ orphanage in Israel named Lev LaLev.
LevLaLev is a special place that provides housing, food, clothes, and more for girls who have been through abuse, neglect, homelessness, and other horrible situations that I will not be saying because I could not imagine it.
I would like to help fund Animal Therapy for the girls in the orphanage to help them get over their trauma. This is important for me because in my experience, animals help me smile when I am feeling down, and they probably make you smile too. I want the girls to experience the love of an animal and the healing they can provide.
So with that, I encourage you to please donate whatever you can to help bring joy and hope to these orphaned girls in Israel today.
