I am going to be working with an important organization over the next year.
It is called Lev Lalev Girls Orphanage and Children’s Home. Lev Lalev helps kids in Israel whose parents have died, and it helps kids who come from disadvantaged homes. It provides them with food, a warm home, and education – so Lev Lalev provides them with the opportunity to study typical school subjects but also gives them access to therapy and to work and life skills training so they can succeed when they are living on their own as adults.
I also love that Lev Lalev helps these children maintain their Jewish identity and family history by supporting their celebration of Jewish holidays, customs and milestones like their Bat Mitzvah.
Lev Lalev means heart to heart in Hebrew. It would be an honor if you would consider donating to them.
